Quickr Assistance

Need assistance- I am running Lotus Notes 8.0.1 and installing Lotus Quickr 8. When installing the connectors for Quickr, I notice that I am unable to get the "Places" module in my embedded Sametime client. When selecting it in the installer for the connectors it asks me 'Where is notes installed?' which is looking for .ini file which I did point it to C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus Notes but does not work. What am I doing wrong?

The other issue I have is when the connectors are installed I noticed after placing an icon for Lotus Quickr on my desktop and when I execute the program and login several icons of Quickr monitor displays itself in the system tray... is there any way of correcting that to a single instance?
